DIG Raiders: Anomaly Extraction Is the Ultimate “Everything Bagel” Co-op Game Launching September 11 🎮⛏️

The Game That Said “Yes” to Everything 🤯

Okay, hear me out — what if someone took digging mechanics, Backrooms horror vibes, frustrating climbing gameplay, and automation systems, threw them all into a blender, and said “ship it”? That’s exactly what Soda Game Studio did with DIG Raiders: Anomaly Extraction, and honestly? We’re not mad about it.

This absolute unit of a co-op game is officially launching on September 11 for PC via Steam, and it’s shaping up to be the most chaotic, feature-stuffed indie drop of the season.

What Even IS DIG Raiders? ⛏️👇

Let’s break it down. DIG Raiders: Anomaly Extraction is a maximum 4-player co-op experience that jams together some of the hottest gaming trends of recent years into one gloriously greedy package:

• Hole digging — the satisfying, oddly therapeutic core loop
• Backrooms-style anomaly zones — liminal space creepiness? Yes please 😰
• Rage-inducing climbing sections — because suffering together builds friendships
• Automation systems — for that big brain factory-game energy 🧠

This is what the Japanese gaming community is already calling a “欲張りセット” — literally a “greedy set” — and that term has never been more accurate or more hype.

Why You NEED to Pay Attention 👀

The co-op indie space is absolutely popping off right now, and DIG Raiders is positioning itself as the game your entire friend group didn’t know they needed. The blend of genres here isn’t just a gimmick — it actually sounds like a legitimately deep gameplay loop that rewards both casual chaos and strategic, methodical play.

Full Japanese language support is confirmed in-game, which signals Soda Game Studio is going all-in on the global market from day one. That’s a strong sign this dev team knows exactly what they’re doing.
